I had a good experience overall at this hotel, but there were a few hiccups. The surroundings were beautiful, and the amenities were nice, especially the pool area. However, I was caught off guard by the unexpectedly high resort fee at checkout, which felt somewhat misleading. The service was hit or miss, with some staff members being helpful while others were less so, affecting my stay.
